Returns & Exchanges
Most items are available for returns. See below for more details on which items are and aren't available for returns. Returns are given in the form of store credit, no cash/card refunds are available at this time.

FoxGlove is here to fulfill our customers' requests as best as we can. Please see criterion below for returns. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to guarantee exchanges on items but can offer returns in the form of store credit on almost all of our products.
- Exception: If you received the wrong item you may return any unopened item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund (store credit only). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. incorrect item or defective item). If we receive your item and it has already been opened and/or pieces are missing, we may assess a restocking fee of 25% off your refund amount.
- All items are returnable except made to order items and items sold through Facebook marketplace.
- Made to order items are final sale. These items are handmade per order and can not be returned. Please email us for more details.
- Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees to return the item unless it is a result of a FoxGlove error. Please contact us for return address.
- Item being returned must be in original packaging with all tags or stickers/labels attached. Even the original shipping package your item came in must be included.
- Item being returned must be in new condition. If the item seems worn, used, damaged, smells, stained, etc then the return will be denied and the buyer will need to pay for additional shipping to get their item back.
- A 20% processing and restocking fee will be taken off of your refund amount unless the return is due to a FoxGlove error.
- If the item has been opened and used but still in new condition and a return is accepted then a 25% processing and restocking fee will be taken off of your refund amount unless the return is due to a FoxGlove error.
- Returns made after 5 days will be denied and returned to sender.
- Please include your original order number, full name, phone number, and address inside your package so we know how to contact you for the return process.
- Donations to charities will not be refunded.
- Once your order has been processed with a donation then it can not be reversed.
- If a refund is granted then it will be less the donation amount.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 to 6 weeks once we receive your package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time from the shipper and processing (5 to 10 business days). All refunds will be less shipping and handling unless it is a result of our error. All refunds will be issued in the form of 'FoxGloveUSA.com' store credit only.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
Buyer assumes all responsibility that the order was dropped off at the submitted address through USPS. 'FoxGlove.com' holds no responsibility for packages being stolen from buyer's residence upon delivery or lost in transit.
